Warranty Claims & Return Orders

Return postage fee's at customers expense. In order to make a warranty claim, the product will need to be return within 3 month of purchase date. Items will need to be inspected for repair or replacement by Redcliffe Capes.

If a product is returned that is found to be in working order, The customer is responsible for paying the $8 return shipping fee.

RTS: "Return To Sender" if details provided by customer are not correct an order is returned to Redcliffe Vape, We will call to update the details and resend the order. A $15 RTS and $8 re-postage fee will apply.
