We try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible, so from Monday-Friday, place your order by 2pm and we’ll ship it same day.

Any orders received at and exceeding $100 will qualify for FREE Parcel Post Postage. Select the Free shipping option applied automatically at checkout.

We will forward your tracking number as soon as it is available.

Redcliffe Vape takes due care to ensure your parcel reaches you in the condition it was packed. Redcliffe Vape will not be held responsible for mishandling of a parcel under the care of a third party including Australia Post. This includes transit damage or missing parcels.

Any request for Authority To Leave parcels is the responsibility of you as the customer. Redcliffe Vape will not be held accountable for items left in the requested safe place nor for stolen or missing parcels.

Batteries
Due to Australia post policy, all lithium-ion batteries sold separately cannot be shipped via express post (air) as they are deemed dangerous goods. As such, Redcliffe Vape will only ship lithium-ion batteries by standard parcel post. If your order contains lithium-ion batteries and you choose express postage, Redcliffe Vape will send your items by standard parcel post and a refund of the difference will be issued.
